📦 Delivery of Digital Products

All digital media content such as:

  • Short films

  • Posters, promotional material

  • Video or audio files

  • E-tickets or exclusive digital access

…will be delivered electronically to your registered email address.

📨 You will receive either a download link or the files directly attached to a confirmation email from blueberriesent123@gmail.com.

⏱️ Standard delivery window: 1–5 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.

🛠️ Delivery of Creative & Production Services

Services such as:

  • Film production support

  • OTT platform collaboration

  • Script editing

  • Post-production work

  • Digital promotion or marketing services

…will be delivered digitally and/or collaboratively, depending on the scope of work. This may include:

  • Access to shared project folders (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

  • Communication through email or virtual meetings

  • Scheduled delivery milestones, led by a dedicated project coordinator

You will be regularly updated on project progress and receive deliverables as per the mutually agreed timeline.

BlueBerries Films is not responsible for the shipping or delivery of any products purchased through third-party or affiliate links shared via our platform.
 Delivery policies, tracking, and customer support for these products are managed by the respective vendors or affiliates.
